Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the FitCV mobile apps, provided by Vizento Labs, LLC ("we", "us"). By using FitCV you agree to them.

The service

FitCV helps you organize a job search: save job postings, upload resumes, and generate AI-tailored CVs and cover letters. AI output is produced by machine learning models and can contain errors. Review every generated document before sending it to anyone. You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you submit to employers. FitCV does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any job outcome.

No account needed

FitCV does not use accounts. Your data is linked to an anonymous identifier created on your device; keep your device secure, as anyone using it can access your FitCV data. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country).

Your content

Resumes, job postings, and generated documents remain yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process them to provide the service, including sending them to our AI provider to generate results for you. Do not upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful.

Subscriptions

• The free plan includes a limited trial of AI generations. Paid plans (weekly, monthly, yearly) raise daily generation limits and workspace counts as described in the app.
• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• We may change prices or plan limits; changes apply from your next renewal and will be communicated in advance.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no attempts to circumvent plan limits, probe or disrupt our systems, scrape at scale, resell access, or use FitCV to generate fraudulent or deceptive application materials (for example, impersonating another person).

Termination

You can stop using FitCV and delete your data at any time in Settings. We may suspend or block access that violates these terms. Sections that by their nature survive termination (content rights, disclaimers, liability limits) survive.

Disclaimers and liability

FitCV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vizento Labs, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules.
